In 2001, HPA was appointed to compile a conservation management plan (CMP) for the building fabric and contents of Mahlamba Ndlopfu (previously known as Libertas). This is the official residence of President of the Republic of South Africa.
The CMP permit is in line with the NHRA 25 of 1999 (National Heritage Resources Act no 25 of 1999).
